I was in a Webex meeting yesterday. I could hear them but they could not hear me. I have a small microphone icon at the bottom of the browser and when I click on it, it says "Andrea VoiceCenter Push and Hold for quick record". Where is my microphone, anyway? Please advise how to solve the problem. Thank you.

These applications usually need specific codecs in order to run properly or something that it’s related to ActiveX controls and runtimes. In most of the cases the company releases these packages for their client so if you did not install them, it is recommended to do so to avoid unpleasant situations like these. From my understanding, these over-the-web meetings require specific software and runtimes to be installed on the computers where it is running. Please make sure you meet the requirements before you initiate a meeting or a call.
